Frequently Asked Questions

What days do you pick up & deliver?
We pick up on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays. We deliver the very next day!

Do I have to be home for pick up or delivery?
You do not need to be home! Leave your clothes in a bag (can be a trash bag with a note) and our team will come by to pick up your order. After your laundry is done, we will deliver it at your front door. We'll send you a text so you'll know when it has been picked up and delivered.

What detergents do we use?

We use premium commercial-grade detergent and Bounce dryer sheets for every load. However, you can request Tide, Clorox bleach, or Free & Clear as alternatives or add-ons.

How can I add special instructions to my order?
There is a text box where you can include any special comments on your order. We encourage you to use this section to include any information on stains or special requests for certain garments.

How am I billed when I schedule an order?
Like other online services, we require a credit card when you place your order. However, you won’t be charged until your laundry is completed and weighed.

How many pounds should I enter for my pick-up and delivery order?

One person can generate 10-15 pounds per load of laundry per week. Don't worry! We will weigh your order with a precision laundry scale at our facility to calculate the final weight. The weight you enter during the ordering process will help you estimate the final price.

How Much Does the Average Load of Laundry Weigh?

The weight of a laundry load varies based on the number and type of clothing items. As a general guide:
     - A medium or regular load weighs about 6 pounds.
     - A large load weighs about 11 pounds.
     - An extra-large load weighs about 21 pounds.

For bulky items like blankets or towels, a single item may be considered a full load.

How Much Laundry Does a Family of Four Generate?

The weekly laundry total for a family of four depends on lifestyle, activities, and clothing changes. On average:
     - Each person generates 10–15 pounds of laundry per week.
     - A family of four produces about 40–60 pounds of laundry per week.

This amount can increase for families with small children or those involved in activities like sports, which result in more frequent clothing changes.
